It's really early days for whif! I'm still figuring out what should be considered a free offer.

I'm gonna be really fussy about what Free Offers make it on to whif! Far too many of the so- called "free offers" that I find on the internet simply aren't free.

So here's my thinking... Right now, I'm really not sure if I want to bother featuring each individual 'free competition' that makes it in to my inbox.

I'll certainly NOT be featuring any of the free mobile content offers (free ringtones, free mobile games, etc.) that make use of reverse billing SMS text. From experience these will give you an item free and then nail you over and over again with their text messages at £1.50 a pop.

When it comes to free online gambling offers, these are often 'like for like' offers. You deposit £25 and they match it with an additional £25. Sure it's a free £25, but I'm just not convinced I want to go down the route of promoting these type of offers.

I'll keep this updated as I come across free offers that I'm unsure of.
